Opportunity Description
- Ensure strategic and operations consultancy, namely in economic analysis projects, organisational diagnosis, governance models, among others.
- Implement strategic projects in clients from various sectors of activity, with a view to analysing, redefining and optimising processes.
- Support in the preparation of proposals to review methods, change workflows, redefine roles and solve organisational problems.
- Structure business plans and support the development of business strategies for clients.
- Analyse market studies.
- Support the team in terms of business development, reinforcing commercial activity and active customer monitoring.
Profile
- Higher education in Management, Finance, Economics or similar.
- Experience in strategic and operations consulting in a multinational environment (preferred factor).
- Notions in project management (preferential factor).
- Eligibility for IEFP internship (eliminatory factor).
- Good level of English (eliminatory factor).
- Strategic thinking, organisational skills, decision-making and sense of leadership.
- Desire and taste for business development.
- Autonomy and proactivity in the search for solutions for projects.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship with different interlocutors (internal and external).
- Availability to travel to customers.
