BSO Consulting has been supporting Operação Nariz Vermelho (ONV) in defining its commitment to sustainability, in a work that aims to translate the institution’s mission into clear commitments aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
This collaboration arises from the joint desire to integrate sustainability, in a structured way, into ONV’s operating model, respecting its identity, its values and the unique impact it generates with hospitalised children, families and health teams.
The project included working sessions with internal teams and partners, identification of priority SDGs, the construction of the Sustainability Commitment Charter, the collection of indicators and KPIs, the preparation of a simplified ESG report and the development of an impact communication template for partners and sponsors.
This is yet another example of BSO’s commitment to creating sustainable value with partner organisations, contributing to the integration of sustainability in a practical, objective way and in line with its principles and identity.
