Cristina Ferreira
Managing Partner
Cristina Ferreira has more than 25 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, having participated in dozens of strategy, technical assistance, operational efficiency, sustainability, risk and internal control projects in various sectors, mainly in Portugal, Angola, Cape Verde and Mozambique.
An economist by training, with an MBA from AESE, she is also certified in Project Management by Pmi.org and in ESG – Certified ESG Analyst by EFFAS. In 2024 she completed the Women Leadership 50 programme at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
At BSO Consulting he is responsible for the company’s global management, strategy, business development, client management, institutional representation and direction of some strategic projects of greater complexity.
Gonçalo Santos
Partner
Gonçalo Santos has more than 18 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting, having participated in more than 30 projects in various sectors, mainly in Portugal and Angola.
Specialist in managing programmes and projects for organisational and digital transformation, governance, risk management and process optimisation, he has played a key role in defining and implementing strategies for private companies and public entities.
At BSO Consulting, he is responsible for business development, client management and strategic project management, driving the company’s growth by strengthening relationships and implementing high-value projects.
Miguel Guerra
Partner
Miguel Leão Guerra leads the IT Advisory & Security area at BSO Consulting. With more than 18 years of experience, he is a specialist in projects to implement BPM (Business Process Management), GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance), Information Security (IS) and HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions, having worked in several sectors and industries, in different geographies.
Throughout his career, he has excelled in the design and implementation of robust solutions in the areas of compliance, risk management, information security and data privacy. Its strategic and results-oriented approach has contributed significantly to the digital transformation and organisational resilience of our clients.
